Heating Solutions as a Burden

October 8th, 2010

Heating has the highest energy percentage used in your house averaging at 29%, cooling ranges at an proximate of 17%, next to it is water heating with 14%, while appliances is at 14%, lighting ranges 12%, and electronics is 4%, and others is at 11%. As much as half of the energy used in your house goes to heating and cooling. So making clever options about your house ventilating, heating, and air conditioning system can have a huge result on your service bills – and your comfort. And inasmuch as possible, turn off or unplug the unused home devices when they are not used especially the heating devices and solutions because they have the highest percentage on energy consumption.

Saving Energy? You can do it too!

September 26th, 2010

There are simple ways to conserve energy. As we all know, energy had become a problem because of some issues it cause to the environment and whatnot. One simple way is to replace your incandescent light bulbs to the more power saver fluorescent light bulbs. When you have a vehicle, having your engine converted to bio fuel compatible can also have a good contribution. Because bio fuels are way better then fossil fuels. If you have extra money, try to have solar panels installed in your home. Imagine when the majority will eventually take steps to save energy, the world would certainly be a better place.

Ways to Consume Much Energy as Possible

August 1st, 2010

In our own simple ways, we can help address and help the issue on energy crisis. We can close the lights when not necessary; unplug switches when unused, and simply using the sunlight as a light source if possible. Turning of the faucet while brushing or when it is not necessary can also help. With all this done by people, effects can be exponential for the better. Just imagine more people doing the means to help the issue in energy crisis; the minority would obviously follow to avoid deviation! Then in due time, the complete use of bio fuels, fluorescent light bulbs, or even solar panels can change the world!

Using Technology to Save Energy

June 22nd, 2010

Technology was purely responsible for some of the inventions that made life easier. This same cause also made us to consume much energy so the world, through various agency or groups, made some measures to address this issue. One thing is the solar energy panels, which is quite expensive. Inexpensive means include the use of fluorescent lights in place of incandescent and the use of natural gasses instead of fossil gas sources. The continuous innovation brought by technology will gradually fix the problem it has also created, so in full time, balance would be restored.

Energy saving technology

May 29th, 2010

Science and technology have evolved at a fast pace and many devices that consume less energy can be used as energy saving investments. The most prominent is the use of natural gas as vehicle fuel instead of using petrol or diesel. Also the high electricity bulbs are replaced by compact fluorescent lamps that reduce the bill as well as energy.

Consume the least amount of energy

May 5th, 2010

There are many ways in which we can take an initiative towards saving energy and sustain the non-renewable sources of energy of our planet. A few of the energy saving investments which we can make at home are switching off the lights when not in use, close the water taps and consume water only when needed and use public transport to save fuel as much as we can.

Governmental Efforts

April 7th, 2010

The government is also actively participating in energy saving schemes. Recently, Barack Obama injected $48 Billion into the energy saving economy in spite of the American economy being in crises. This shows the priority of the energy saving industry. Government also gives tax credits to people using energy saving systems instead of conventional systems. Thus using energy saving systems does not only save money but also gives tax breaks. Even big computer companies have designed systems which are energy saving.

How you can save energy

March 23rd, 2010

One can easily contribute in saving energy by following simple techniques. One of the most popular is replacing conventional light bulbs with energy saving ones. Though they cost more but they give more than their money’s worth. They last much longer than conventional light bulbs and save a lot of energy and thus save money. One can contribute to saving energy by following this simple practice. Designing a house which permits the maximum light inside can also reduce the use of energy.

ENVIROMENT FRIENDLY LIGHT BULBS

February 15th, 2010

Traditional light bulbs are an old time use these days and not many people interested in energy or rather money saving go for them. Thoughtful countries such as the Australia are determined to bring the technology in and replace the old power consuming bulbs by the energy saving ones. Even though these bulbs cost more than the normal ones yet they save a lot more than the excess amount paid.
